Executive Team

Aerios is a privately-held company whose senior managers average 20+ years of experience in Direct Response Marketing and Workflow Automation Systems. We limit the number of clients we serve at a given time to assure that at least one of our key executives works on every project.

Jim Fox

Jim leads our direct response marketing practice – guiding clients on advanced data targeting and cross-channel engagement techniques to acquire new buyers, retain existing customers, and maximize lifetime customer value. He has been called upon to share his expertise in the media, industry conferences and college courses.

He has 20 years of strategic consulting and account management experience in integrated marketing, branding, research and database marketing – serving clients such as 3M, Aveda, DowBrands, Four Seasons, Frontier Airlines, Heublein, Intrawest, Kaiser Permanente, MCI, Quaker Oats, Reebok, and Stanley Works. Jim’s early career included positions as a geologist, a manufacturer’s rep, and a director of corporate sponsorship at the U.S. Ski Association – non-profit parent company of the U.S. Ski Team.

Ross Dyer

Ross leads our marketing workflow automation practice. He advises clients on process management, fulfillment, and implementing best-of-breed software to simplify complex tasks, enforce branding guidelines, save management time, and reduce production costs.

He has spent his 20-year career helping corporations leverage technology to streamline database marketing, analytics, and CRM – serving clients such as Cox Communications, First Data, Showtime Networks, Noodles & Company, and Vail Resorts. Ross has held senior database marketing, management and analysis positions at Pace Membership Warehouse and Current, Inc. – as well as vice president of a large CRM consultancy, where he helped Fortune 500 clients integrate software solutions such as Ephiphany and Documentum.

Steve Tassler

Steve leads our interactive marketing practice – counseling clients on new online strategies to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. He oversees execution of our multi-disciplinary digital marketing programs – which commonly include search engine optimization, paid search, re-targeting, strategic online media buying, and email marketing.

Over the past 10 years, he has become a recognized expert in revenue generation in the travel, hospitality and real estate industries. Steve is a perennial speaker at professional conferences on topics such as online tracking/analysis, online/offline marketing integration, and leveraging the power of social media to measurably achieve sales objectives.

Jenny Crane

Jenny heads our data research, procurement, enrichment and analytics team. She advises clients on audience targeting and campaign measurement strategies.

Her 20-year tenure in database marketing includes managing multi-million-record databases, planning and implementing customer research, and managing database-driven marketing programs for Fidelity Investments’ Retail Division, and telecom/cable industry clients Adelphia, AT&T, Charter, Comcast, Time Warner, and Cox Communications.

Liz Burgess

Liz oversees the production management team in our direct response marketing division. She guides clients on new production technologies, quality control, cost-efficiency, and innovative ways to streamline processes.

Her 17 years of experience include several senior positions in the online, direct mail, print production, circulation, and advertising arenas. She specializes in managing highly-complex projects and assuring cost control without sacrificing quality. Liz has served a wide range of clients, including Discovery Channel, Walt Disney Company, Miramax, Touchstone Pictures, Nextel, Nortel, Hallmark, Hyundai, 21st Century Insurance, Macy’s, and Bloomingdales.

Bob Vermeulen

Bob leads our database, micro-targeting and analytics practice. He provides strategic guidance to clients on the use of advanced statistics to optimize marketing performance and increase return on their investments in customer databases and CRM systems.

His 18-year tenure includes senior leadership and analytical positions with a major consumer catalog cooperative, American Skiing Company, MCI, Qwest, Invesco, Nuveen Investments, and Wells Fargo (Strong Funds). Bob has developed thousands of multi-channel data models and he created one of the resort industry’s most comprehensive marketing databases. His other interests include market research, advanced segmentation techniques, and politics.

Charlotte Cosgrove

Charlotte is a Certified Public Accountant and oversees our finance, accounting and inventory management teams – in addition to providing guidance on overall business strategy.

She has over 30 years of experience in business accounting, operations, finance, and management. She has operated companies in a number of industries: engineering, professional services, legal services, manufacturing, and retail/restaurant. Charlotte has served as an adjunct professor at a state university, testified as an expert witness in on various commercial matters, and has authored several publications.

Lida Letowt

Lida oversees our software product management and client implementation teams. She works closely with clients to assure the Aerios workflow automation system continually evolves to meet their marketing support requirements. She manages client-side implementation, coordinates new product launches, conducts training, and manages all beta and user acceptance testing.

Throughout her 20-year career she has applied her analytical and organizational talents to lead software development and support teams in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the U.S. for leading B2B software providers including Hyperion Software and Computershare.

Ted Simmons

Ted is our chief software architect. He leads our team of software developers and database administrators to ensure that the Aerios workflow automation system runs smoothly, continues to innovate, and maintains its leadership position.

His 18-year career highlights include designing web-based software systems for media giant CBS Corporation and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He was also instrumental in developing a ground-breaking software application for Visa USA which evaluated credit card security policies. Earlier in his career, Ted built and launched a full-service B2C web portal and internet service provider.
